The Expert Perspective is a new approach to PR representation, curated for leading health and wellness experts who are ready to secure consistent media coverage for their business, but without the huge price tag of a PR agency.

As a PR with over a decade of experience facilitating press requests on behalf of clients, I know that journalists are always seeking experts to contribute to their features. However, I also know that PR representation isn’t accessible to the majority of experts out there and this is where the idea for The Expert Perspective was born.

This is a reactive only service, whereby you are put forward for opportunities that already exist in the media and as a result you’re able to raise awareness, increase your credibility and organically reach new clients with ease.

How does it work?

    You are put forward for relevant media opportunities that match your expertise. These are features that journalists are already working on but need your help to compile.

  • CONTRIBUTE

    When the journalist has confirmed they would like to include you, you’ll then answer the brief, I’ll edit and submit the content for you.

  • FEATURED

    Once your comments have been submitted, it’s time to sit back, relax and wait for the piece to be published!

WHAT DOES REACTIVE PR MEAN?

‘Reactive’ means that you are put forward for opportunities that a journalist is already working on as opposed to ‘proactively’ pitching a feature idea on your behalf.

WHAT DO I NEED TO have ready IN ORDER TO JOIN?

The Expert Perspective is aimed at established experts, therefore you do need to have strong brand foundations, a functioning website, social media presence and passion for what you do!

is there more than one type of ‘expert’ in the group?

There is no competition within the group, therefore there is only capacity for one expert per topic at any given time.

DOES THIS SERVICE INCLUDE reporting/client calls?

Reports/calls are not included within this offering, however I do stay in regular contact and provide relevant updates. All coverage secured is sent via email on the day of publication.

IS THERE A GUARANTEE I WILL BE FEATURED?

There is never a guarantee with PR, regardless of whether you have an agency on retainer or are part of The Expert Perspective. However, you are in control of the opportunities you would like to accept and be part of and I do my upmost to ensure relevant opportunities are presented to you for consideration. There is also a ‘no feature, no fee’ agreement, therefore if no opportunities are secured for you, there is no fee to pay.
