A PR coach and consultant with over a decade of experience working with leading health & wellness brands.

Starting out as a fashion PR at some of London's top agencies, I spent numerous years mixing with London's fashion elite before pivoting into the health and wellness industry. At 24 and after weathering the storm of a personal health issue, I decided to re-evaluate my career and embarked on a new adventure.

In November 2014, I saw a gap in the market and decided it was time to create a forward thinking PR agency that represented leading brands within the health and wellness industry. Organically growing the business, I built an impressive portfolio of clients including; Boom Cycle, Barrecore, KOBOX, Shaman Durek, The Gut Health Doctor, Rhiannon Lambert, Lumen and more. 

Fast forward to 2020, I expanded the business to offer PR coaching to individuals and brands, to help them to harness their own potential and own their PR, in-house. My highly successful ‘Perfectly Pitched’ coaching programme has helped over a hundred product and service-based businesses owners to learn more about how to get their business seen and heard through the power of PR.

In 2024 I took the decision to focus solely on coaching and consultancy and I’m excited to see what this new chapter brings!
